Wilderness Workshop would not exist without YOU, our members. Our work is inspired by and made possible by the hundreds of people who advocate for and spend time in our surrounding public lands. Our members provide us with the majority of our funding, contribute to a robust volunteer and advocacy program, and are a wellspring of new ideas.
While WW is not strictly speaking a membership organization, we consider anyone who contributes on an annual basis either by making a donation or volunteering to be a member. We welcome donations of any amount, and we offer a range of volunteering opportunities: participating in restoration projects, leading hikes, helping with campaigns, organizing events, or just stuffing envelopes.
If you share our passion for protecting and restoring the wildlands that make our region so special, please consider becoming a member!
“If future generations are to remember us with gratitude rather than contempt, we must leave them something more than the miracles of technology. We must leave them a glimpse of the world as it was in the beginning, not just after we got through with it.”
President Lyndon B. Johnson
