Target: U.S. Forest Service Action: Submit comments on the proposed Redstone to McClure Pass trail by March 20. The Forest Service is starting a public process to evaluate a 7-mile recreation trail in the Crystal Valley. The proposed trail is a segment of Pitkin County’s larger Carbondale to Crested Butte Trail Plan, which has been many years in the making. This segment would stretch from Redstone to McClure Pass, and would be a non-motorized trail for recreation activities such as hiking and biking.
