Hay Park Full Moon Hike, near Carbondale

Join Wilderness Workshop for one of our favorite hikes of the summer! This short evening hike will venture into Hay Park at the base of Mount Sopris and culminate in a meadow where we’ll watch the moon rise over the horizon. - Bring a headlamp!
- This is an easy mid-elevation 4-mile hike.
- No dogs are allowed.
- This adult program is appropriate for those 16 years and older who are strong hikers. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
- Bring appropriate day hike equipment including water, snacks, and lunch. Suggested Day Hike Gear List
- Participants should carry their own personal first aid kit.
